Collection contains the recods of the two Middle States Steering Committees, created in preparation for the College of Saint Rose's 1984 and 1994 accreditation evaluations by the Middle States Committion on Higher Education. Materials relating to the 1984 evaluation include correspondence and minutes of the committee, and interim reports, presentations, responses and final reports of the committee's task forces: mission; organization and governance; admissions; programs/curricula; faculty; instructional resources; student services; trustees; planning, budgeting, finance and accounting; plant; and external affairs. Also includes the committee's final self-study report and appendices, as well as the Middle States Commission's final report. Materials documenting the 1994 evaluation include draft and final versions of the committee's self study questionnaire, and materials from the committee's task forces: mission, goals and objectives; progams/curricula; library and learning resources; faculty; admissions; financial aid; student services; planning; budgeting; and physical plant. Also includes the committee's final self-study report and appendices.
